Where can I find a sample policy or public notice about winter maintenance mailbox damage?

Many local highway and public works departments post their policies regarding mailbox damage on their website, often as a part of their overall published snow & ice control plans. A sample of the Yates County snow and ice control policy can be downloaded here. You can also download a sample snow and ice operations letter to the editor from Genesee County here.

We are always looking for more sample policies on snow and ice control from around the state to share with others so please send them our way if you have them available. You could earn Road Master points for going the extra mile and sharing your policies with others!
