Using an agency conference room for NYSLTAP-CLRP Online Training.

Many municipalities would like to have multiple employees attend NYSLTAP-CLRP online training in their own conference room. This benefits the agency as all the employees can learn and interact with each other. 

If this is the case, we need your help to be sure we know who the employees are so they receive credit. 

  • Each person who will be attending must be registered online individually
  • Contact NYSLTAP-CLRP via email once everyone is registered with a complete list of names & titles for each webinar
  • NYSLTAP will create a sign-in sheet (example) for employees when they attend
  • Attendees must be on the session for the full time
  • Late arrivals or early departures must be noted with the times on the attendance list 
  • A person with the agency needs to be on site to confirm attendance. They need to verify the sign-in sheet is accurate and should not be attending the online session (NYSLTAP-CLRP recommends this person should be a supervisor, administrator, or primary official)
  • After the training, the sign-in sheet needs to be completed (signed) and emailed following the webinar to issue the certificates
    • Email to NYSLTAP at clrp [at] cornell.edu (clrp[at]cornell[dot]edu)   

 

To qualify for a certificate of attendance 
  • They must attend at least 75% of the webinar. 
  • Registration online is required
  • Signatures on the sign-in sheet are required (if using a conference room)

 

To qualify for a PDH certification 
  • They must attend 90% of the webinar (late arrival/early departures cannot exceed 5 minutes)
  • Registration online is required
