I participate in the NYS Office of General Services Road Salt Contract, who do I contact if I am having issues with delivery delays or poor salt quality?

First you should always reach out to the vendor to work out a solution to the issue. Remember, to contact the actual vendor office and not just the hauler making the delivery.

If you are still having issues or if the vendor does not satisfy your concerns, you should contact the OGS
