Hazmat Transportation Training

Question: We have 3 employees who need training for Transporting Hazardous Materials because they haul sludge from our Waste Water Treatment Plant to the county landfill.

We have a DEC permit to haul the sludge, but the DEC says these drivers need training as set forth in:

               49 CFR 172.704 and 172.602 and
               29 CFR 1910.120 and 1910.1200

Can you point me in the right direction?
