Do I have to put our town insignia on our trucks?

There seems to be no statutory requirement that requires town vehicles be placarded with the town’s insignia. This is a duty and responsibility of the town board. There may be a benefit having the placards on town vehicles to help identify if any vehicles are used for personal use, but they are not necessarily required by law.
