Can a 284 Agreement be changed after it has been approved?

Yes. The 284 Agreement is also considered a “living document” meaning that should the situation arise the original agreement may be changed at any time to address the immediate needs of the town, provided it is agreed to by both the Highway Superintendent and the Town Board.
